Bill S2172
Massachusetts S406 is now S2172. It is currently sitting in the House Committee on Steering, Policy and Scheduling. If passed, this bill would prohibit municipalities in Massachusetts from declaring dogs dangerous based on breed.
This is a BIG one for us! We've been fighting our too tough laws for waay too long now. Any help reaching out to our legislatures will be GREATLY appreciated. tx in advance.

RE: Bill S2172
On behalf of Pit Bull Happenings... We'll be more than glad to help out in any way we possibly can!! No State should tolerate BSL in any way, shape, or form... there is absolutely NO logic in Breed Specific Legislation. The problems is and has ALWAYS lied with Humans, period. Any dog can bite and do serious damage. The owners of those dogs need to be held accountable...

Respectfully,
x Eric Emminger
