Pit Bull Happenings Rescue's Foster Application!

Important:
We are only accepting Foster Home Applications in Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties!

Important:
After submitting the Foster Home Application, please allow us between one and two weeks to process the application and schedule a home inspection. Thank you for your patience.

Quick summary of our Foster Home Process:
Fill out our Foster Application (below)
We'll then Process your application and verify the information for its accuracy and correctness.
After the application is processed, we'll contact you to schedule a Home Inspection and in-person interview.
At the end of the Home Inspection, we'll have you sign a Background/Criminal Check Authorization form.
We'll conduct a Background/Criminal Check.
If all the listed items above pass and are approved, we'll then have you sign our Foster Home Contract.
This process can take up to 7 days to complete. All of our policies are in place to better protect our Dogs. Thank you for understanding and respecting our comprehensiveness and for being patient with us as we go through this process.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Foster Home to save a life! We like to know as much as we can about the home's that step up to foster one of our Dogs. This application allows us to get to know you on a more personal level. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are a Foster Home Network Rescue! Our Rescue will cover all costs associated with fostering our Dog from dog food and treats to crates, to bowls, leashes, collars, etc. We cover ALL medical costs for our Dogs!
