                            Dakota, Cheyenne, & Tahoe

Dakota, owned by Kris Crawford, is one of the top rated Search and Rescue (SAR) dogs.  Kris also owns 2 other certified Search and Rescue dogs who are also Pit Bulls.  Dakota is proven to excel at her given job that NASA requested that Kris and Dakota assist in the recovery of the astronauts following the tragic 2003 shuttle disaster.  Kris and Dakota also assisted in the Laci Peterson investigation.

Kris and her team have been involved in many cases and have made national news on several occasions.  In additon to their Search and Rescue certifications, Dakota, Cheyenne, and Tahoe are also certified therapy dogs.  Kris often takes her crew to pet fairs, schools, and shows educating the general public about their job as well as to educate the general public about Pit Bulls.  It's very important to Kris to have her dogs out in public to educate people about the true spirit of the Pit Bulls and to teach children canine safety.
